The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Air and Radiation (OAR) / Office of Atmospheric Protection (OAP) requires painting services in locations within EPA’s William Jefferson Clinton South building, located at 1200 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC, 20004. The General Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, hardware, and documentation necessary to complete the project. See attached draft Statement of Work for full description of the requirement. s. The EPA intends to set aside the requirement 100% for women owned small businesses. A firm-fixed price contract is anticipated. Contract award will be made based on a lowest price, technically acceptable basis. The anticipated contract performance period is 45 days after receipt of the notice to proceed. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238320, Painting and Wall Covering Contractors, the size standard for which is $16.5M. The solicitation is expected to be issued on or after November 25, 2022 and proposals will be requested 15 days after issuance of the solicitation.
