The Mission & Installation Contracting Command - Fort Buchanan (MICC - Fort Buchanan) has a Request for Proposal (RFP) No. W912C3-17-R-000 for Pad Mounted Transformers at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. A Firm Fixed-Price Contract will be awarded from this requirement. The RFP will be issued on or about 25 August 2017.
