The United States Air Force intends to award a Sole Source firm-fixed price contract to Booz Allen Hamilton Inc at 8283 Greensboro Dr. McLean, VA 22102 in accordance with FAR Parts 15 and 37.  The NAICS Code is 541614 - Production Planning and Control Consulting Services with a size standard of $15.0M. 

This procurement is for the Contractor to provide Production Acceptance Certification (PAC) to Work Control Document (WCD) Correlative Services at Hill AFB, UT.  The Contractor shall provide Engineering and Related Services for the performance of a visual 100% audit of all Program Depot Maintenance Schedule System (PDMSS) and WCD printouts to identify PAC tasks currently associated to WCDs.  Furthermore the contractor shall correlate 192K PAC certifications into WCDs to be utilized in production at the 309 AMXG.  Previously evaluated PAC tasks are redeveloped to meet the criteria outlined in AFSCMAN 21-102, Table 21-1.  This requires knowledge of the production processes, PAC task requirement and standardized re-numbering system developed internally by the 309 AMXG Training / PAC Section.  All recommendations are then coordinated with production subject matter experts, 309 AMXG PAC and possibly Quality Assurance, this process is repeated until all parties concur.  Updated / newly developed PAC task will then be uploaded into the PAC system.  New WCD development operations are reviewed and a correlation review is then completed against all existing PAC task.  If positive correlation with an existing PAC task does not exist a new PAC task will be developed.  This requires knowledge of the production processes, PAC task requirement and standardized re-numbering system developed internally by the 309 AMXG Training / PAC Section.  All recommendations are then coordinated with production subject matter experts, 309 AMXG PAC and possibly Quality Assurance, this process is repeated until all parties concur.  Updated / newly developed PAC task will then be uploaded into the PAC system.  For more information concerning this acquisition please see the attached Draft Performance Work Statement.   

This notice is not a request for competitive quotes.  However, any party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirements as stated herein may submit a written response, i.e. capability statement, which clearly supports and demonstrates its ability to perform to the government requirements.  Any response shall be received by the response date and time of this notice.  Any response shall undergo review to determine if it can meet the requirements.  A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon a response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
