Contractor Responsibilities & Deliverables: Contractor shall furnish all labor and supervision, materials, tools, equipment ¿ manlift, rigging slings & wire rope, shaft blocking, supporting blocks testing apparatus, roundtrip truck transportation not specifically provided by Santa Clara Valley Water District to complete work described in this Invitation to Bid. Perform work described in Section 2 Detailed Scope of Work. Follow Lockout/ Tagout & Energy Control District Procedures. Ensure safe operation and testing environment both for the District staff and testing contractor workers. Evaluate test data and provide recommendation on the continued serviceability, deterioration, or non- serviceability of the specific equipment. Steam clean winding, bake out, and test. Varnish treat winding using epoxy varnish Dynamically balance rotor with all rotating parts Extend additional 15 ft the length of the replacement 6 leads, #1 to #6 Paint motor Reassemble and test motor@ shop with SKF Static Tester, perform & document tests- Winding resistance; Insulation resistance; DA; PI; Step-voltage and Surge Reinstall, couple to pump & test run @ PPP
