USDA-ARS is seeking a service contract includes Chemical reagent specifically designed for low volume, low cost high-throughput genotyping. The PACE mix includes all fluorescence-labeled primers, Taq enzyme and other components required for specific amplification of wheat DNA fragments harboring targeted SNP sequences. The cost per reaction should be less than 5 cent.
