The US Army Contracting Command proposes to issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) W31P4Q-12-G-0001, Sole Source to Lockheed Martin Missile and Fire Control (LMMFC), 1701 W. Marshall Drive, Grand Prairie, TX 73501. This effort is for the development and delivery of Missile Segment Enhancement (MSE) training devices and technical data packages for PATRIOT Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3) & MSE Missile Round Trainer (MRT), Empty Round Trainer (ERT), Aft Canister Section Part Task Trainer (ASCPTT) and Practical EOD System Trainer (PEST)/Classroom EOD System Trainer (CEST) Design & Development Program. This action is anticipated to be a Cost Plus Fixed Fee order under this BOA. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
