A statewide Agreement administrated by the Public-Private Partnership (P3) Office for various environmental and engineering services including, but not limited to, project management services, feasibility study and technical analysis of proposed or planned P3 projects, preparation of solicitation documents which may include, but not limited to the development/preparation/summarization of Request for Information (RFI), Request for Qualifications (RFQ), Request for Proposals (RFP), RFP Plans and technical support in the evaluation of Proposals/Expressions of Interest. Project Delivery - assist the Department with innovative project delivery efforts, Provide engineering and technical support to the P3 Office in evaluating projects eligible under Act 84 of 2022 including projects being undertaken by other public entities who provide transportation services or maintain transportation related facilities in the Commonwealth. Assist the P3 Office in any other facets of its mission deemed necessary by the Director.
