Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate a sole source order under the existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-08-G-0010 with Sikorksy Aircraft Corporation (SAC) to incorporate the Right-Hand Extended Pylon (RHEP) modifications into MH-60R aircraft airframe. The scope of this effort includes the Non-recurring engineering (NRE) and recurring engineering (RE) efforts to update production drawings and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Elements. SAC is the only source with the technical data and experience necessary to perform this effort in a timely and effective manner. Numbered Note 22 applies
