ELKO FENCE REMOVAL
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Nevada State Office has a requirement for furnishing labor and equipment, supplies, and materials to remove approximately 429,160 linear feet of fencing across the Bureau of Land Management, Elko District (BLM). Contractor will be responsible for disposal of all removed materials; except what is identified in the Statement of Work and other work as indicated in the contract documents.
The project is located in Elko and Lander County, Nevada. Service Contract Labor Standard requirements are applicable to this project and the appropriate Wage Determination in accordance with FAR 37.301.
The BLM anticipates issuing a single firm fixed price award from this Total Small Business Set-Aside competitive solicitation.
The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238990, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors and the size standard is $16.5M (per the SBA's Table of Small Business Size Standards).
Quotes will be due no later than September 17, 2020 @ 4:00 PM PST. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring www.fbo.gov for the release of amendments, any other pertinent information, and downloading a complete copy of the solicitation package. The government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered, and currently active, and complete the online Representations and Certification in the System for Award Management (SAM) data base via website: http://www.sam.gov.
A site visit will not be held.
Award will be based on best value to the Government in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). The Government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the low offeror(s).
