The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Europe, Africa, Central (EURAFCENT) Naples, Italy is preparing to solicit a firm fixed price, design-bid-build construction contract on a limited competition basis for the renovation of facilities at Keflavik Air Station, Iceland for P-8A and Fleet operations support. The contract covering this work will convert and upgrade three facilities (Buildings 126, 127, and 128) representing approximately 40,000 SF. co-located on a single site to support multi-function requirements for rotational and planned-surge operations, including administrative space and transient billeting.
