The City of Naples is soliciting proposals to complete construction of oyster reefs at the mouth of Rock Creek adjacent to the Gordon River, Florida. Contractors qualified and experienced in marine construction, water resources, and/or environmental restoration will be considered for award of this Request for Proposals (RFP).
