TRS is in the early stages of determining the best alternative for its long-term facility needs, which may include but shall not be limited to acquiring an existing building for renovation, remodeling its current headquarters building at 1000 Red River in Austin, Texas, or acquiring land and commencing with a build-to-suit project (the “Project”). TRS is requesting proposals from qualified owner’s representatives to provide advisory and administrative services during the planning, procurement, design, construction, closeout and post-construction, and warranty phases of the Project, as such other work related to the Project as requested by TRS (collectively herein, the “Work”).
