OREGON MILITARY DEPARTMENT OWEN SUMMERS HVAC DDC REPLACEMENT Bids Due September 22, 2020 by 3:00 PM PT INVITATION TO BID NUMBER # 200020C001 The Oregon Military Department (OMD) is soliciting sealed Bids for the above named Project, located at 1776 Militia Way, Salem, Oregon 97309. Construction cost for bonding purposes only is estimated from $105K to $140K dollars for Base Bid and Alternates. There will be a mandatory pre-bid walk through held on September 10, 2020 at 10am. Bids will not be accepted after date and time above. The public bid opening will immediately follow the closing time at OMD, 775 Airport Road, SE Salem, OR. Bidders must be registered with the State of Oregon Construction Contractors Board. The project is subject to the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) require ments. Contractor drug-testing program certification is required. ITB documents must be downloaded from the ORPIN system located at http://orpin.oregon. gov/open.dll/. OPRIN NUMBER OMD-1839-20 Bidders must be registered on the ORPIN system prior to award of project.
