The Social Security Administration (SSA) plans to negotiate solely with TCG Management Corporation located at: 6400 Baltimore National Pike, Suite 604, Baltimore, Maryland, 21228 for Overtime (i.e., Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) Custodial, Mechanical, and Trash Separation Services.  These services are currently being provided by TCG Management under a lease agreement with the General Services Administration for the SSA in Baltimore, Maryland.  Under this lease agreement, TCG Management has the right of first refusal for the required overtime services.  This notice does not constiture a solicitation for offers.  If no responses are received by the closing date of August 26, 2010, the SSA will proceed with sole source negotiations with TCG Management Corporation.  All questions and/or submissions to this notice must be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist, Kimberly Huttenberger at [email protected].  Telephone calls regarding this notice will not be accepted, nor will they be returned.  Responses must reference SSA-RFQ-11-1023.
