The US Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to make a sole source award to Mystery Ranch for overload packs. The overload features a quick-access 3.-zip design and the ability to secure sniper and crew-served weapons or Pelican cases between the pack and frame without decreasing capacity for mission essentials or sustainment gear. This product is only available for purchase directly from Mystery Ranch.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitations documents are available. Any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement. This information will be reviewed by the Government technical representative for consideration for future requirements. Information must be sent to the Contract Specialist, via e-mail to [email protected], no later than 10:00 am, Eastern Time, August 22, 2018. Responses received will be evaluated, however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the US Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) will proceed with the sole source award with Mystery Ranch.
