The 115th Fighter Wing in Madison, WI has an anticipated requirement for an Over The Air Rekey (OTAR), system that will work with our Motorola GTR 8000 repeater on a conventional system. The OTAR system shall integrate into one of our designated Motorola GTR 8000 conventional repeaters. This shall give the radio shop the capability to encrypt all LMRs over the air on a designated channel. For more information, see the attached Statement of Work.

The following information is requested in response to this sources sought:

2. Information regarding availability of any system with the capabilities described above.

3. Whether a site visit is needed to provide clarity to this project.

5. Identify any condition or action that may have the effect of unnecessarily restricting competition with respect to this acquisition. Provide the specific aspects that unreasonably restrict competition and the rationale for such conclusion.
