This is a solicitation for other than commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. This purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with: Federal Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000.  The Request for Quote (RFQ) N0017420Q0022 will be the only written solicitation which will be issued, unless amended.

This is a solicitation for supplies for the Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NSWCIHEODTD).  This requirement is 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.  The NAICS is 332710.  The size standard is 500 employees.  The FSC is 1377. 

This requirement is for the following:

1. Outside Tubes per dwg. 8593684, Rev. D. The quantity is 150 each.

The delivery will be due approximately 120 days after receipt of purchase order.
