The Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County is seeking proposals from qualified law firms who will represent the County in potential litigation against manufacturers and distributors to recover damages incurred by the County from environmental claims arising out of the presence of per- and polyfluoralkyl substances (PFAS), and in particular, from aqueous film-forming foam (AFFF) containing PFAS.
