BOOKOUT, ADMINISTRATIVE CONDITIONS OF BIDDING Sealed bids, marked "Outfront Mowers” on the envelope, will be received by the City of Bridgeton, 12355 Natural Bridge Road, at the office of the City Clerk, until 10:00 a.m. on May 7th 2020 for the purpose of purchasing of this item. The bids will be publicly opened in the Council Chamber at that time. Each proposal shall be made on the attached Bid Form, which shall be signed with the full name of each proprietorship, partnership, or corporation submitting same. The bid of a proprietorship shall be signed by the owner; a partnership by one of the general partners; a corporation by a duly authorized officer thereof stating his\her title. The complete address must be stated. In bidding, the bidder agrees to accept a purchase order for purchase of this item. Vendor shall provide copy of manufacturers specifications, service manuals and warranty information for each piece of equipment proposed on the bid form. Delivery – At time of delivery the mowers shall be fully serviced and ready for operation at no extra charge. The vehicle shall be accompanied by the Bill of Sale, Invoice, Safety Inspections Owner’s Manuals and Repair Manuals. New vehicles to be delivered to the City of Bridgeton, Park Operations, 13159 Taussig Rd. Bridgeton, MO 63044 Vendor to supply vehicle without any visible decals, dealer appliqués, or manufacturer appliqués. Failure to comply with any of the above instructions and general conditions of bidding will disqualify the bidder. Whenever products or materials of any particular producer or manufacturer are mentioned in our specifications, such product or material mentioned is intended to be descriptive of type or quality and not restrictive to those mentioned. The City reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, or accept the lowest and best bid in the interest of the City of Bridgeton.
