Delivery/removal of vehicles - Vendor will provide for the transport by carrier of the five (5) vehicles from an agency facility in Beltsville, Maryland to the vendor's place of business. Upon the conclusion of the retrofit/conversion process and inspection/acceptance, completed vehicles will be transported by carrier to the agency facility in Beltsville, Maryland by vendor.
