All bids must be submitted by 10:00 A.M., Friday, February 26, 2021 to the City Clerk, 2199 East Kiehl Avenue, Sherwood, Arkansas 72120, in a sealed envelope marked Outdoor Emergency Warning Siren System in the lower left hand corner. The City of Sherwood reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to negotiate particulars of the bids received.
