This Request for Proposal (RFP) is in support of the procurement for the Naval Facilities (NAVFAC) Oil Spill Response (OSR) Oil Pollution (OP) Skimmer boats.  The 5-year Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract is for an estimated thirty (30) boats.
