Request for Proposal (RFP) Number SPM4A511R1596.  This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for Oscillator, Noncrystal, NSN 5955-01-431-8686.  This solicitation will be solicited for award of a firm fixed price definite quantity contract for quantity of 90 each.  The OEM and approved source of supply is Northrop Grumman Systems Cage 97942 and Centroid Inc. Cage 21856, PN: 783R199G01.  Required delivery: 348 ARO, FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance Destination.  Specification, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government.  The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.  In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), other othan full and open competition applies.   Requests for a copy of the RFP should be made directly to Robin Stuyck via email [email protected].
