The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Justice Management Division, Procurement Services Staff, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Research Electronics International, LLC of 455 Security Pl, Cookeville TN 38506-4941. This procurement is for OSCAR BLUE receiver in accordance with 41 U.S.C.253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation document exists. Interested parties must respond within 15 days of this notice with a written statement. Responses received as a result of this notice of intent shall be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses will not be considered as either proposals or bids, and cost or pricing data is not solicited. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
