The Port of Corpus Christi Authority (PCCA) hereby issues this Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) seeking respondents interested in Ortiz Center Interior Improvements project. Interested Respondents must be registered on the PCCA’s procurement website to obtain the complete CSP package (https://pocca.procureware.com/home). Scope of work consists of interior renovations and HVAC system improvements, which generally include interior space reconfigurations and renovated finishes, audio video system upgrades, and chilled water and air-side HVAC systems refurbishments and replacements. This solicitation will be a one-step process in which selection will be based on specific criteria identified in this document.
