PRE-BID SOLICITATION NOTICE: (The due date referenced is a projected date for issuance of the package and is subject to change) The Port of Corpus Christi Authority (PCCA) is advising interested proposers that a Competitive Sealed Proposal package is anticipated to be released on or before July 29, 2022, for the Ortiz Center Improvements and Refurbishment project. The scope of work will generally include interior and exterior renovations and repairs and replacement of HVAC equipment. This package will include options to lease and/or purchase related components of the HVAC system.
