Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1 (b)(1), The Contracting Office, Naval Hospital Bremerton, Bremerton WA, intends to issue a sole source award to Ortho Clinical Diagnostics in the amount of $43,515.69 for the period of 10/01/2016 through 03/31/2017 for a Cost Per Test contract for the ProVue Instrument, plus consumables. This will be a 6 month bridge contract. This notice is not a request for quotes and no solicitation will be issues. This procedure will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

Any firm that believes it can provide the stated products/service can provide supporting documents demonstrating their capability. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions.
