This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only notice, and no other solicitation will be issued.  Solicitation Number M6890914Q7670 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is set-aside for small business. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-75 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement Change Notice 24 June 2014. NAICS Code 334111 applies. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to procure Brand Name or equal on Line Item 0001: ORIGIN EON15-S Laptops (5 each). See attached STANDARD FORM 1449, Solicitation Number M6890914Q7670, Page 3  for configuration. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA), Bldg. 31345, Camp Pendleton, CA  92055-5171. Inspection and acceptance shall be made at destination.  The government will award a contract resulting from most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:  (i) technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement, (ii) price, and (iii) past performance. The following FAR and DFARS provisions are incorporated by reference and apply to this acquisition.
