NSWC, IHEODTD Indian Head, intends to award a contract on a noncompetitive basis UTC Aerospace Systems, for the following: Ordnance Assessment Evaluation of the F-22 Electro Explosive Device.

This action is be undertaken in accordance with FAR 13.106 (b) Soliciting from a single source, on the basis that the vendor is the only known source capable of meeting the government's requirements

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is

541380 - size determination is 15M.

This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotes. Information received from interested parties will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

Responses to this electronic notice must be made by 12p.m. EST on 01-FEB-2017. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
