The United States Governemtn Printing Office (GPO) intends to award a follow-on contract to Guidance Technologies located at P.O. Box 1475, Herndon, VA 20172. GPO requires professional services for all Oracle instances installed at GPO. This requirement will be for support and maintenance for those Oracle systems including but not limited to ePassports, FDSYS, WebTA, OnBase and PERQuery.
Goals
- Determine and document system improvements offered as recommendations
- Obtain approvals and sign-off for recommendations and deployments
- Deploy system enhancements; plan, document and execute
- Maintain systems maintenance and patching schedules
- On call for emergency Oracle DBA assistance
