Opportunity Summary The purpose of this ITB is to establish a Contract for furnishing materials, equipment, labor, and performing work to construct an asphalt concrete pavement ("ACP") inlay from Kern Swamp Rd. MP 53.68 - Agate Street MP 58.67 on the Green Springs (OR66) in Klamath County. Work on this section includes, but is not limited to, cold-plane pavement removal, asphalt concrete paving and installing permanent pavement markings to the lines and grades shown or established for the benefit of ODOT. The work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents.
