OPW 53889: Fire Station Kitchen Renovation - Various Locations This project will consist of the renovation of sleeping quarters, building envelope insulation, and complete renovation of kitchens at three Fire Station facilities. This project requires submission of an Economic Equity and Inclusion Plan (EEIP). This project has an SEB reserve for ESB and SB Tier 1 & 2 categories for 3% of the total bid amount. The PW Department is also requiring verification of a "Class B" City of Omaha General Contractor's License at the time of bid.
