OPW 53523: Papio WRRF Sludge Polymer System Improvements This project work will consist of installation of a new polymer feed system and associated services and connections to existing facilities, addition of associated electrical and I&C work, demolition of the existing polymer feed system, and demolition of existing sludge holding tanks, pumps, and equipment. This project requires submission of an Economic Equity and Inclusion Plan (EEIP). This project has an SEB reserve for ESB and SB Tier 1 and Tier 2 categories for 3% of the total bid amount. The PW Department is also requiring verification of a "Class B" City of Omaha General Contractor's License at the time of bid.
