OPW 53082: Monroe Street Lift Station Improvements This project work include modifications to Diversion Structure 119 (DS-119) to replace gates, control valves and actuators, bypass pumping, and miscellaneous improvements to the structure and exterior building; improvements to the Monroe Street Lift Station (MSLS) including rehabilitating the existing bar screens, new electrical building and equipment, new natural gas generator, upgrades to the dry and wet weather pumps, new process piping, valves, demolition of existing equipment, addition of a clamshell shell bridge crane, upgrades to the controls and instruments, bypass pumping, and miscellaneous structural, electrical, architectural, HVAC, and plumbing upgrades for a complete and operational system; and, miscellaneous site improvements including upgrades to the septage receiving structure, pill box, meter vault, paving, grading, and erosion and sediment control. This project requires submission of an Economic Equity and Inclusion Plan (EEIP). This project qualifies for Apprentice utilization. Contractor should attach Apprenticeship Incentive Form (AIF) with their bid submission to utilize this provision (to be added via Addendum later). This project has an SEB reserve for ESB and SB Tier 1 and 2 categories for 2% of the total base bid amount.
