The Albuquerque Indian Health Service, Ute Mountain Ute Health Center (UMUHC), will be negotiating exclusively with Dr. Russell L. Quiring, OD LLC, 6 E. Downey Ave., Cortez, CO 81321, for Optometry Services to be provided at the Ute Mountain Ute Health Center, in Towaoc, Colorado.  Optometry services are to be performed at the Ute Mountain Ute Health Center, Optometry Department. Optometry Services well include treatment of patients with routine optometric and ocular problems, neuromuscular impairment or anomalies of binocular function, and common vision disorders. The proposed contract will be awarded for a base year commencing on or about January 01, 2011 and end on December 31, 2011, with four one year option renewals contingent upon availability of funding.
