Amendment 0001 is hereby issued to incorporate changes to the PWS and to add Optima Abestos Sampling Results dated 24 May 2017.

The tasks and requirements for the abatement of asbestos located at the Optima Lake

Project Office in Texas County, Oklahoma. Demolition/disposal activities shall include

all pipe insulation, floor tiles, and tile mastic which contain asbestos. Demolition and

disposal activities shall be in accordance with all Local, State, and Federal Laws and

Regulations.
