The Air Force Research Laboratory Information Directorate, Rome NY intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 with Lifesource Biomedical, LLC., P.O Box 310 Moffett Field Mountain View, CA 94035-1000 to provide an Optical Parametric Oscillator. Lifesource Biomedical, LLC is the only source that can provide the Optical Parametric Oscillator as it must be computer controlled and built to couple with our existing Mai Tai Ti: Sapphire laser system. Though this notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations, information received within seven (7) days after the publication of the solicitation will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The NAICS code is 334515.
