This is a Combined Synopsis Solicitation issued in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 and Part 13. This acquisition is 100% set aside for competition amongst small businesses.

The purpose of this acquisition is to procure one (1) optical fiber fusion splicer with accessories, and two (2) optical fiber cleavers that are compatible with the splicer. Please see the attached Statement of Need, Combined Synopsis Solicitation document, and applicable Provisions and Clauses document for details.

Questions are due by or before March 10, 2020 at 11:00 AM ET. Quotations and supporting documentation are due by or before March 16, 2020 at 11:00 AM ET.
