Any vendors quoting an or Equal OCT must also complete the Technical Matrix included in this posting.  Please see the RFQ for the complete requirements.  Offerors must meet the conditions, specifications and requirements outlined in the RFQ.  Please read the attached RFQ thoroughly, and complete it in its entirety before submitting it back via e-mail to [email protected] before the stated closing date.
