This Acquisition is sole source to McDonnell Douglas Corp, DBA Boeing Integrated Defense Systems (0PXV4), IAW FAR 6.302-1, Only One or a Limited Number of Responsible Sources, and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.  All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.  Anticipated solicitation date is approximately 29 Jan 10 with responses due 28 Feb 10.  Duration of contract period is 730 days.  There are no drawings/data available for this item. 

Based upon market research, the Government is not using policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services.
