The U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs (ICE) Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) Dallas, TX 75247, intends to solicit from a single source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to Manager Tools, LLC for customized management training for the ICE Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR) in Washington, D.C. These two (2) distinct training classes, each a 1-day training, will occur during the month September. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available based on the copyrighted training model and proprietary license to use digital interactive capability to receive ongoing support and measuring managerial behavior after the training ends.
