The County of Eddy seeks sealed qualifications-based proposals from qualified organizations that can do business in the State of New Mexico to provide services as follows. The County will consider proposals from qualified organizations in Eddy County and surrounding areas that provide resources, services, and/or education to the public battling opioids.
