The US Army Medical Command, Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, Fort Carson Health Contracting Cell is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties that have an interest in and the resources to provide on-site maintenance services for the following equipment at Evans Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson, CO.

1) Intralase FS Laser, Lasik Ophthalmic Excimer; Manufacturer: Intralase Corp/Abbott
2) VISX Star Excimer Laser System, Ophthalmic Refractive; Manufacturer: Visx Inc/Abbott

The contractor's capability statement shall prove their Total Care maintenance service agreement to include all resources, labor, travel, transportation, parts, materials, equipment, and management necessary to keep the medical equipment in good operating condition and to perform all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. Proprietary information, if any, should be minimized and MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED. To aid the Government, please segregate proprietary information. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned.

It is anticipated that the proposed services will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811219, Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, Size Standard: $20.5 million.
