Description:
Follow-on repair of highly specialized Operator Input Device (OID) Keyboard is support of the Minuteman III Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) weapon system. This is a critical hardness item that performs multiple functions as it relates to the Weapon System Control Console (WSCC).
The contract will require inspection, testing and all necessary repairs to bring units back to like new status, validated through electrical and functional testing, in strict accordance with the qualified design drawings, specifications, and associated test plans and procedures.

This is a sole source requirement; foreign participation is restricted.
Noncompetitive contract action to Comark Inc., The Government only possesses top-level drawings used to assist in asset identification. Comark Inc. is the only vendor that possesses the technical data required to repair the OID. Comark has been the sole-source repair contractor since the inception of the keyboard. The Government does not have data rights to the following:
1. OID technical data
2. OID sub-assembly detailed drawings
3. OID item specifications,
4. Test plans, test procedures, and repair processes associated with each sub-assembly
All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
