Subject:            Notification of Site Visit for Operational Analyst Support to the Joint                     Analysis and Lessons Learned Centre (JALLC) in Lisboa - Portugal.

•1.                  A Site Visit/Bidders Conference shall be held on Tuesday, 07 July 2009 beginning at 1030 GMT at the JALLC co-located at the Portuguese Comando Operacional Da Forca Aerea, Avenida Tenente Martins - Monsanto, 1500-589 Portugal.

•2.                  The purpose of this event is to provide interested parties an opportunity and forum to participate in a site visit that will aide in decreasing contractor risk, increase knowledge of the requirement, and further competition to NATO member nations. It shall be an excellent opportunity to receive briefings from key JALLC personnel, review samples of typical JALLC Reports, and to ask questions in an open forum.

•3.                  One-on-one sessions with the JALLC staff shall not be conducted. Industry team composition is at discretion of the industry participants. However due to space limitations, each contractor company is limited to three (3) personnel. All contractors are to provide names, phone numbers, company information and email addresses for any representative attending.
