This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number HSSCCG-15-Q-00445 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76. This solicitation is an open market, competitive small business set-aside and the associated NAICS code is 238390, Partition, moveable and/or demountable, installation, which has a small business size standard of $15 million. A list of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure is listed in Section A attached. See the Statement of Work attached for a description of requirements for the items to be acquired. The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition as does the addendum to the provision attached. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition as does the addendum to the provision.
