1. Operable Panel Partition Acousti-Seal premier manually operated, single panel partition, as manufactured by Modernfold, Inc. Bidders who propose alternate brands/specifications should enclose descriptive literature with their bids so that the equality can be verified. Failure to enclose sufficient literature may result in a non-responsive bid. If the brands are not changed, the contract will be written accordingly, and the successful bidder shall be required to deliver the brand/specification stated in the solicitation. All steel welded panel frames; STC 50 acoustical rating; 2" travel operable floor seals; bi-fold hinged panel closure; panels finished in choice of Modernfold Serenity vinyl wallcovering. Includes one pass door with an 18" wide view window in pass door. Also Included: Vendor will remove and dispose of existing wall panels. Vendor will install new panels on the existing track. Vendor may require a location to stage a dumpster close to the job location for disposal of the existing panels. All work to be performed during normal working hours.
