The US Government Publishing Office (GPO) has a requirement for licensing and maintenance for the OpenText software products within the Federal Digital System (FDsys)/govinfo environments. GPO intends to issue a sole source contract in accordance with MMAR 6.301 to Opent Text Inc. in San Mateo, CA.
GPO's FDsys/govinfo systems use the Documentum platform for the electronic content management component. Open Text develops and owns Documentum, and provides direct vendor ongoing M&S for the previously purchased products, including releasing updates to the software products
