The IRS Office of Information Technology Acquisitions (OITA) intends to award a sole source contract for brand name specific Brava and Blazon software maintenance and support with: Open Text Corporation 2950 S Delaware Street, Bay Meadows Station 3 Building, San Mateo, CA, 94403. Enterprise Operations is requesting this brand name specific Brava and Blazon software maintenance and support. This requirement is needed to enable Appeals employees to interface with the necessary IRS systems. This action will result in a Firm Fix Priced purchase order with a base year Period of Performance of:  04/01/2020 through 03/31/2021; and two consecutive option years. Option year 1 Period of Performance: 04/01/2021 through 03/31/2022 and Option year 2 Period of Performance: 04/01/2022 through 03/31/2023.
