The Goverment intends to award a sole-source contract to Opal-RT Technologies for the procurement of Simulator, Opal-RT in support of the System Simulation, Software, and Integration CCDC Aviation and Missile Center (CCDC AvMC) in Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.

FAR 6.302-1-(a)(2) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, and name brand descriptions.
